I was wondering if they reset after the 24 hours. I got stuck with the Win 2 Labyrinth fights. I haven't even completed my first run through. I think it'd be better do 3 Realm of Legends fights.

You can refresh them once for free

It won't reset by itself but you can stack more than one daily objective at a time

You can actually change the objective, there is an option for that.
