Kabam has said they have plans beyond Act 6. But they haven't said what they are, and are unlikely to until we get a lot closer to them happening. It is presumably Act 7, but it doesn't have to be. They could, for example, start a new chapter of stories with a new Act 1 in a new story arc. Maybe like how comics sometimes relaunch with a new #1, or maybe the story ends and a new story starts with a new #1.

Its going to be act 1 the union which basically is act 7 but wont be called act 7 in game

^^^ What they said. It was confirmed after the cut scene following the Grand Master fight at the end of 6.4. Next up is Act 1: The Union.
