Which Champion should I rank up?

I have to rank up one of my 4 star top champs........I have several options......Dr.Voodoo ,Captain America IW, Quake , Hyperion and Venom the Duck......Only Dr. Voodoo's ability is awakened.....whom should I rank up first from 3 to 4? It would take me time to again gather resources for another champion.

    CAPIW 100% - you don't need to be able to play in a specific style with him and he's got great versatility across the whole range of content
