should have explored act 1 after the buff but after i finished act 1 in 1 week and explored it in another 1 week

Imo, I think it's a good idea that kabam is trying to make the game easier for beginners, but I think this was unnecessary.

Announcement says anyone who did Act 1 in the last 90 days will get the new rewards.
