5* Night Monkey to rank 5 or 6* Domino (awakend) to rank 2?

I would argue that none of them are "game-changing" because none of them change the mechanics of the game. Night monkey has very high damage but is very flimsy, basically a glass cannon but with utility if that makes any sense. Domino is one of the best mutants in the game and also has great damage but it depends on your needs
