Just curious why certain items appear on some lanes. Sometimes there are lv1 revives and sometimes there isn't. Just wondering if I need to beat the boss and it refreshes or just a certain amount of days for it to refresh with new items. Hope it makes sense

    When you enter a quest, there may be random drops of either Heals (L1 or L2, depending on which Chapter of the monthly EQ you’re doing), or even Revives (rare).
    You can grab them and actually use them before finishing.
    But you need to actually finish the quest in order for the random drops to be re-randomized throughout all paths on the quest for the next time you come back into it again.

    If you did not finish the quest (instead you quit), the particular item you already moved past (claimed, yes you get to keep it) will NOT be there when you come back into it again. Although other items that had been on other paths will still be there if you quit the previous run.

    Note, this does not include “Chests”, the contents of those you DO NEED to actually finish a quest in order to keep those Chest Items.

    ...and note #2, the special MoleMan Quests this month are totally different. Those items are permanent “1-Time Only” items on each of the paths. Claim those on a path and they do NOT come back at all on that same path next time.

    I have gone on heroic 3.3.3 and random lv1 revives have popped up after it is 100%. Just looking to grind revives
