Help...

I need some professional advice on how to progress. I’m not able to get through Act 5 chapter 1, and I don’t really know what to do, it would be really helpful for a tip or two, thanks!

Will try, just Upgraded my Champion to R5, using up all my Tier 4 class catalysts, as well as that I have no T4 Science either

5.1.4, if fine with the flare, but all paths contain champions I can’t deal with, and I don’t have a poison immune champion, I’ll try though, to upgrade my she hulk

What level are you?
Your rank 5 Sym Supreme had a really low PI indicating you don't yet have a full complement of mastery points?
Have you explored act 4?
If not I would suggest you do to get the masteries.

5.1.4 is life transfer, and it is rather simple. Just play aggressively.
