Magik's Limbo has been nerfed

First and foremost, I have been using my 5\65 sig 200 Magik for a long long time, and since she had been max sig, her limbo would proc literally every single time, with the very rare times that it wouldn't. Ever since the most recent update, her Limbo only seems to activate about half the time and I don't understand why this has changed, or what they did to change it. Any kind of answer would be appreciated, preferably the truth.

As the previous poster said, is not a guaranteee proc, and can fail due to other reasons like ability accuracy for example.

From her Profiles, 4* and above give her 25% base chance at 1-Bar, then increases by 12.5% if at 2nd Bar or by 25% if at 3rd Bar.
So assuming it is additive (0.25 + 0.125), instead of multiplicative (0.25 * 1.125). And that between 2nd vs 3rd Bar is not cumulative (2nd AND 3rd numbers), but rather one OR the other extra...
Then Base chance is 25, 37.5, and 50%. And then you Multiply the variable Ability Multiplier to that (which is just 100% so no adjustment only if at MaxSig, or somewhere lower which reduces those 3 values above if below MaxSig).
(Note, 3* and below has slight difference to just initial Base Chance being 20% instead of 25%, rest of everything is same).
Best case would be when reaching 3rd Bar Power, and if at MaxSig, would only be 50% chance of Limbo in that case.

Is this why OP is questioning her, did her Profile used to say higher numbers earlier ?
But think Magik has always been (multiplies by xx%, so basically reduces it from a max).
Unless I’m thinking of another champ's Ability which sets a Base Max stat but has the same type of (really only gets xx% of base stat %) ?
