Lack of 1-star Champs!!

It's been over 3 months since V4 came out and since then there has been no reliable provision of 1* champs . Those have progressed ahead in game(I guess Act3) , there is no way for them to get 1-star champs as a result of which I am just stuck not able to complete that content.
When are we getting 1-star champs @Kabam Miike ? One way is to permanently change 1vs1 versus crystal into 1-star crystal . You gotcha introduce a permanent solution to this .

Have some 1* champions, but agree with @Ankush69 ;
A lot of people who wants to get higher rewards can complete acts 1-3 in about a week.
The trouble is, that the only way to get 1* is a daily crystal. But a lot of people don't need to stay near act 1-2 for this champions, and for them there's no chance to get 1* .

@MarkWard , it's specifically about 1* Hulk , the most needed champ for V4 Quest6. The thing is those who sold their 1-star champs long back bring unaware of this future content are suffering a lot . Even some people as you mentioned who complete Act1-3 too fast are unable to collect all 1-star. They may be missing 1-star Hulk eg. Seatin on his F2P account. So in the end , we need a free and reliable way to get 1-star not those cheap 50 units crystal as currently in the store which just suck .
