Guillotine 2099s power drain isn't activating in map 4 of alliance quest against nebula from sp1 or from her pre fight ability

    I was going to say it seems like it's being reduced by a lot more than 20% but I double checked and it's 20% per electroshock charge, so your right and nebula is just going to be a pain for me for another week lol
