One Line of Ability that could make a character super useful!

* No 100-200%+ attack lines.
- Civil warrior - Expiring healblock deals direct Energy damage equal to his attack
- Hawkye - every Iight attack switches his arrows between incinerate , Shock , cold snap and Bleed . Sp3 chance to inflict two of stacks of diffrent effects
- Mephisto - 18 second cool down timer on sp3 power drain and sp1 consuming souls .(can safely do sp1 without loosing damage or regen)
- Vulture - incinerate , Decoy stacks upto 5 and sp2/sp1 effects considered passive increasing duration based on sig ability
- Og Hulk - specials consume fury to put armour break for 12 sec
- Electro - puts passive shocks on him self upto 10 increasing block prof by x
- miles Morales - increase accuracy and potency of his venom sting by 12% for every evade charge .evade doesnt consume if dexterity is used
- Superior ironman /og ironman/ ironpatriot - 40% chance to shock or power drain,chance increases by 35% if opponent is armor broken
- Diablo/ Ebony - removed from game

Signature ability also increases the duration of stolen buffs by the same % as her crit chance.
The chance of triggering a Fury buff increases by 50% for every thirty seconds that have passed in the Fight. Maximum 150% increase. Whenever a Fury buff is refreshed, Hulk gains a prowess charge granting him +15% Special damage on his next Special Attack. Max 5 stacks of Prowess.
- Magneto - like (omega/mephisto distance based) EMF replaced with magnetism - any metal champion in his Electro magnetic field gains weakness debuff reducing attack by 15% for every 3 seconds he stays near him.
- 50% perfect block chance against metal champs
- 35% auto block against any physical projectile ,gains 65% against champs reliant on metal
- parry and critical hit gives him prowess increasing attack by 15% ,metal champs give two ,max stack 5. (this prowess affects and increases potency of any bleed and armor break triggered on specials)
- i just need them to be firm on upgrading of champs, 20% 5 second fury doesnt make cap ww2 anymore useful then him having no fury!!! either put that in his own passive, put few more utilities and be done with it for 2 years!!!
- give miles morales a slow , shock, stron power sting debuffs debuff on sp2 or just donthe whole reskin
- and so many more!!!! here we are waiting for 1 buff on a champ after announcekents, polls and complete silence , a champ who was very underwhelming and absolute trash from 2015/(more so after 12.0) ! content isnt getting easier, and it shouldnt, then why make most champs obsolete .. there is handful of champ like may b max 20'chps useful on act 6, abyss, (variant is diffrent by design so not counting) 😔
