Kingpin's sp2 bugged

I was just fighting vs kingpin, got him to sp2 and it doesn't show the ray from his stick. Idk if the problem is just on my phone, but I've recorded a video. Too lazy to upload it to YouTube, but I'll do it if the problem is on my side hehe
