Cant find the t3 basic quest

Since the maintenance I cant seem to find or access the t3 basic quest

Is anyone else facing the same issue ? Or is it just me

I usually wouldn't bother as it just might fix itself ,but I just got a good champ that I wanted to rank up.

Can a @moderator take this down , just saw the other queries that already exist .
