Having trouble in event quest!

In Chapter 2 Fight 1 of the Mole Man Event Quest I can’t teleport to Portal C. What do I do?

Portal Destination box is a scrollable list with all A B C, but only 2 are visible within the window.
Scroll Up/Down to see the rest of the Destinations (same for many other quests that have multiple Portal Destinations)
