2016 Mutant rank up gem not working?

Trying to use my 2016 rank up gem on my R3 Colossus, however, when I try, I only get the regular mutant rank up gem instead of the 2016. Is this affecting anyone else? @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious
