Whats the war rating cutoff for tier 1 atm

My alliance just crossed 2k war rating and we were wondering that if we are close to tier 1.

    Not sure. But I can tell you that we have settled around 1920-2070 and haven't cracked tier 1.

    Probably 2140ish. My alliance was at 2134 in tier 1 for our last war, but we lost and are now in tier 2.
