Hulk ragnarok face me ability not working

Has anyone noticed that hulk ragnaroks face me ability is not working. He's not regenerating at all. Please get this fixed.

    His Face Me is more of a damage mitigation rather than Regen really. If you get hit while Face me is active, you'll notice the Regen and it's quite significant. Until you get hit, you're basically just taking lesser damage from Limbo/Meph's Aura etc.
