What is a guilty soul? I am seeing this promt on many fights.

After finishing act 6. Whenever i am trying to play arena or eq there is a prompt on my side of the champ.
"Guilty soul" not on every match. But here and there.
Is that something new? Mastery? Or is that something to do with being cavilier
I thought it was just something appear fighting guillotine 2099... But electro?
And some champs here and there?
