Who is better: 3* Archangel or 3* Human Torch

I just got a 3* Human Torch in a 3 star crystal and I had the 3* Archangel for a pretty long time. Who should I level up to max?

Archangel is better for general content and he shreds everything

5* torch is better than 5* AA but when it's 3* torch is better just because where they will be used

There are less Incinerate Immune Champions in early content than there are Bleed and/or Poison Immune Champions, so I'd say Torch. He could also Reverse Regen

Torch, unless you know how to parry. But seeing you still use 3*, I'll guess not.
