Stun on sp3

Im using ghost full synergy team and taking sp3s but I got stunned and completely forget some champions stun on sp3.

Does anyone have a list of them?

I dont understand this part though why when we phased the special why does it stun us?

I mean if we phased sp1 or sp2 and it had chance to stun us it doesn't right?
then why does the sp3 stun us even though we phased it
seems idiotic tbh

Specials 1 and 2 dont hit, they miss. Special 3’s are unmissable and they hit you so some champions can stun. Even if you dont take damage if you have hood in your team you still get stunned, then smacked to oblivion.

Because the special 3 hits you, it doesn’t miss, just with hood you take no damage, special 3 hits no matter what so abilities that trugger on hit are guaranteed to happen
