Bug - Story Mode 4.4.2

On the left side there is a Spider-Man that should not be as powered as he currently is. Boss on this is only 9k but random Spidey is 13k.

By design, there are several powerful and buffed nodes like that sprinkled throughout ACT-4. Have you reached that Magneto or Juggs yet ?

How can it be a bug that Spidey has been there in act 4 for years since it was released and you are noticing now wow incredible

I just want to point somethings out:
How have you not done act 4 exploration when you have % and 6 star champions?
How have you not done it as a lvl60 either?

It's not a bug, there a lot more of these in the harder paths. How are you so far in the game and noticing this now

I never went back to finish exploring until now 🤷🏼‍♂️
