in Bugs and Known Issues
On the left side there is a Spider-Man that should not be as powered as he currently is. Boss on this is only 9k but random Spidey is 13k.

    By design, there are several powerful and buffed nodes like that sprinkled throughout ACT-4. Have you reached that Magneto or Juggs yet ?

    How can it be a bug that Spidey has been there in act 4 for years since it was released and you are noticing now wow incredible

    It's not a bug, there a lot more of these in the harder paths. How are you so far in the game and noticing this now :/
