Everyone started playing extremely fair?
The game has eliminated pilots and cheaters?
Does anyone face a violation of the rules?

Mike, are you running out of resources to administer the most interesting content in the game?
Technical support is completely incompetent and does not do anything except unsubscribe.
People provide videos, screenshots, with minute-by-minute details and descriptions of violations - does this information go any further than the mail?
For the entire game, there was not a single successful ticket, not a single solution to the issue, even against the most outspoken cheaters that half of the game complained about ([REMOVED]).
Once a year ban for scripts in the arena - is this all the work?

There have been actions taken on Alliances that break the rules, and we are doing it on a consistent basis. Cheaters are punished when they are caught. We're not ignoring it by any stretch of the imagination!
