Warlock is great, the only other choice is capiw but he needs dupe and high sig

Warlock is the only choice if they're all unawakened.

Can’t go wrong with Warlock. Tons of utility and useful in a lot of content. Being both Tech and XL he’s great for Variant 2 & 3.

Captain America IW is a perfect champ but he needs to duped and needs high signatures. Ideal choice is Warlock here.
