Hi! Can anyone tell is there an email of the support?

I think the only way to access support is in-game. I might be wrong though, but I haven’t come across an email address.

You can contact them by hitting the gear icon on the main page.

I have only answers of the bot. Kabam support does not work at all!!! I have left 5 cases!! No answers! Only things like “Thank you for submitting your concern” bla bla bla!

Usually when I do not get any response, I reply to the bot with an email subtly symbolizing my impatience.
It works 80% of the time. All of my cases have been replied too in under 24 hours.
May I ask what you submitted to support? It might just be your question.
