Ex Maestro vs N. Fury question

I got a quick question:

Has anyone done this fight?
I currently have a 5/65 Ghost and during my first attempt at LOL, I ended up quitting the run because he got regen in 14 out of 14 tries at the start of the fight, and I had already spended way to much trying to exit the fight in and again trying to get something more favourable.

I also have a 5/65 dupped Nick Fury, and was wondering if it is possible to get him down ussing only my Fury. I want to ask here first, since at times is really expensive to do a run at LOL, getting to Maestro and not being able to take him down.

Any inputs?
