Dear sir
My some friends open 5 star nick Fury from (normal crystal).
Now i opened aproxx 3 five star crystal in last 10 days
But during a spin no Nick Fury so tell me what happened with my account
My friend can open Nick Fury
But i can't seen in spin

My Last 3 five star back to back champion
1 ant man
2 gambit
3 yellow jacket yesterday open
Please tell me
What kind of issues with my account sir
Network issue
Mobile Phone issue
My account is too old
I'm unpaid members
Sir Why I'm suffering from this problem

Now explain sir where is nick Fury during spin 5 star champion
If there is a bug then give me my claim

    As has been mentioned many times, the spinner is just for show. The game chooses what you will get when you drop the crystal just as if you had popped it. Total RNG.

    You don't know how much I'm suffering from this problem
    I spend so much time to store 5 star Shard
    After that spin a crystal
    My mind said to me
    Left the game
    So please help me to shortout this issue

    I popped up crystal 1 minutes
    1.5 minutes
    2 minutes
    Same thing everyday

    My last 3 5star champions were Vulture, Green Goblin and Agent Venom. My wife's last 3 were Domino, Captain America Infinity War and Hyperion. It is all RNG.

    Hey RubyMedusa19535, rest assured, there's no issue with your account.

    The Crystal Spin you see in the game is merely a visual effect. It doesn't always show the Champion you'll receive or reflect the likelihood of obtaining them. Just because you don't see an image of a specific Champion in the reel animation, doesn't mean they aren't obtainable from the Crystal.

    The Champion you receive is determined by the drop rate and there is an equal chance to obtain all available Champions, unless stated otherwise.

    In future, you can avoid any Crystal Spin animation confusion by using the “Open Crystal” feature, located at the bottom right of the Crystal Vault screen. This will automatically open up to 10 Crystals that are currently in the Crystal Vault and will not affect the drop rate in any way.
