You have to become uncollected I think (maybe it’s cavalier) now, they changed it.

Did u ever get caught cheating on LOL? Sometimes they ban ppl that were caught cheating their way thru it and then they can't get back in when their ban is over.

It's just because they changed it, I expect that you didn't get the key to the labyrinth either. In the past you would get keys to unlock quests - key for the master quest, monthly eq was annoying.
On the plus side, if you beat rttl, you'll be fine getting uncollected
