6.2 Completion help.

I recently cleared 6.1 and now I'm looking to clear 6.2 as well, but I have some questions. I have a rank 5 VtD and Blade who are my lane clearers, so I'm mostly interested in the bosses and minibosses (not sure if there are many or not). First, I know that Mr Sinister in 6.2.2 is difficult and I was wondering if a rank 3 Ms marvel (Movie) would be good enough to defeat him cheaply. I could rank 4 her, but I dont really want to rank her up for one fight for completion. Next, I was wondering if a rank 1 6* Cap IW is good enough to handle the Champion boss. Ive read that him and Simbiote sypreme are the best options, but I wasnt sure if I needed both of them or if just Cap would work. Lastly, can you guys tell me about any of the other difficult and annoying fights that I'll need to prepare for? Thanks for the help

Two pieces of advice are that even at r4, with some boosts, I’ve seen people solo that Sinister with CMM plus that’s not the only place she’ll help being that she’s just an incredible champ. Also, Cap is a great option for the last 10% of the champion but not really for the first 90% given that at various points throughout the fight you won’t be able to block or parry. If you’d share your roster the community could better try and help!
