Heavy attacks not very successful

Is it just me or are heavy attacks harder to get off lately? Even after a parry, a lot of times the enemy just dodges back to avoid. Or the usual, they just hit me as soon as I attempt heavy.

    Definitely not just you. Kabam giving us a good kabaming right in the ol' kabam hole.

    I don't use heavy attack unless it is Doom or Sparky. So i have no idea.
