Champ just dropped a whole rank [Not A Bug]

I can't find through support in the app where to file this, but my 4* Iceman yesterday was rank 5, today he's rank 4. It looks like Kabam ranked him down last night, I have more than enough catalysts to rank him back up but not the ISO. If this is related to the "exploit", I have more than enough so why did he get ranked-down?

    Hey @Theremon. For an issue like this, you would want to submit a ticket to Customer Support. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks.
