Is she-hulk still worth ranking up?

hi, i know this is late because she got her buff- and followed shortly by nerf- ages ago, but yesterday i pulled a 5 star she hulk, and i was wondering if she is still good for at least rank 4.

    Yes.. Even she deserve R5.
    and yes she is nerf means she can't do Heavy in between combo hits.. still she is great champ.

    She is best counter for All or nothing Node, Evade n Unstoppable champs, power gain n Regen champs, also Good against all mystic champs.
