Can't Sell Items From Inventory

Am I supposed to just let items expire from the temporary stash now if I can't actually use them? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks. Didn't realize there's already another post on this since I only checked the first page before posting. Feels like a backwards development if they actually intended it.
