I'm a 100% manual arena player and got banned.

I play arena manually everyday. I guess System automatically classify me into the BOT user because lot's of BOT users got banned at the same time.

I filed a ticket and only got a useless reply.

What else can I do?

I think I deserve a better support from the support team.
