Favorite candidates for rank up?

I pretty much have the resources to take any 5* champs to rank 4. Who are your favorite options and why? I only have 5.3 to 100% to finish Act 5, and then considering the special quests and variant after.



How good is Guilly2099? I was also thinking Venom, Crossbones, and maybe Medusa (already have her as maxed 4*). Help is appreciated!
