Does phones matter? iOS vs android

Dont know if I'm posting in the right area, but my question is based on getting legend title. Some have said yes iOS is better vs android. Or is there just time limit. I have an android but the load screen is not that good as iOS users are. So would I have to switch to iOS to get a better time or is there a time limit for iOS and android users or are they all the same time limits. I know there are no time limit besides the faster time for 100 players. So yea

They are all the same "time limit" The top 100 get the legends title. If you are going for a legends run, iphone is best

Well that sucks cuz I'm on android and I really wanna try a legend run but I dont want to switch phones cuz the money issue lol

i tried on both .. iPhone was 3:05 and Android 3:15. neither time was fast enough lol
