Kabam force isn't responding to my case

I've been filing a complaint for like 1 month and the helpline(kabam force) isn't responding. I've completed the collector chapter for like twice and still they haven't unlocked the uncollected difficulty of my event quest. I'm level 59 so what's the problem and why am i not getting those quests unlocked still remains a question. Help is required
