Seriously, I have seen many gaming forums in my life and, personally, I think that it's one of the worst, when talking about admin feedback.
I understand that you can't reply to all, but, just dropping a line once a while to show us that you're alive.
I've seen a lot of good post that need Kabam's attention, in Bugs and Known issues. But no, no sign of life from you guys.
I'm absolutely convince that you can do better, guys. ;)
Just hope that you can take critics.

P.S. Again, I am sorry for any typos or grammar mistakes, I'm native french-talking.

    While I agree it could be better

    But while on my iPad I can't even get to hearthstone forums at all

    So net marble/kabaam is 100% better then others

    Granted it's not what we want to hear

    At least we hear something

    Maybe just busy these past couple days especially with new stuff dropping today.

    I do feel you though, I sometimes thing the Transformers forum has stole them away from us.

    Every time they pop in though, they get hounded by a bunch of keyboard warriors so I can understand them not popping in at all, community is a joke 99% of the time and embarrassment

    It's not a useless thread, it has been useful. You showed me that they were actually responding. ;)

    There is a difference between not being alive and not having a soul... Yet, I believe the admins are neither....They are just cogs in the wheel of a business. We shouldn't mix their company persona as who they are as individuals. They sometimes have to wear multiple hats and are stuck with all the backlash for poor implementation and mistakes.

    They may not 100% agree with all things that happen, but what impact do they have in the decisions? Their role is to respond and collect data from the forums. While we do pose ideas, complaints, and opinions... realize that they are not the decision makers. They can only feed this information up to people that influence those decision makers.

    While they can't reply to every single thread, comment, post... they do make appearances where and when they can. Heck, I don't have the time to post on every thread... how else am I going to grind these arenas?

    Heyyyyy! Forum admins and moderators are totally NOT Zombies. :hushed:

    We are in the forums on a regular basis. The main purpose of the forums is for player discussion, so we certianly don't get involved in every discussion. We do look to ensure forum members are following the forum rules, review suggestions and bugs, and send the information up to the appropriate teams. Sometimes we ask for more information, and when it comes in, we do send it up. Some questions that come up don't get a comment if there's no additional information to share, but that doesn't mean that we are ignoring issues brought up by players.

    Since there's not really any further discussion to be had on this topic, it's not pertinent to players discussing the game, and I've debunked the Zombie myth, I'll close this one down. ;)
