Incursion Rewards

I completed ten room in sector 5. When I exited I didn’t receive any of my shard rewards. Does anybody have any advice?

They automatically go to resources/crystals tab

they didn’t for me. You see that I have 888 four star shards when I should have at least 1000

Are you in tier 1?

Looks like you're in Tier 1, so you can only get Rewards from Sectors 6 and 7. You can play with others in a lower Sector to help them, but you won't be able to get Top Zone Rewards for them.
