Question on the Fury Hacks in Incursions

So there are several Hacks and I think a few Rare Hacks that will Boost or Add Effects to Fury Buffs that your Champions activate in the new Incursions, and I was wondering if those also effected Fury Passives. For example Colossus's Heavy Attack Fury from Purifying a Stun off the Enemy or She Hulk's Passive Fury, because if I remember correctly the Nick Fury Synergy with Cap Marvel that Increases Fury Duration will effect Fury Passives but I also remember some other Fury Boosting Synergy that Didn't effect Fury Passives. So I was just looking for some definitive verification on if the various Hacks/Rare Hacks counted a Passive Fury as a Fury Buff. Thanks 👋
