Limit TIER 4 catalyst

Is there any chance of updating 15 to raising the limit for TIER 4 catalyst normal and color?
from 15 to 20(minimum)
from 8 to 12(minimum)

    Hoarding since the announcement like many others. But about to be forced to use resources due to expiration time
