Question about incursions

If I do up to zone 9 in a sector, if I go back and do one more zone, do I get the next zone rewards? Or do you have to do the 10th room in sector 7 to get the zone 10 rewards if that makes sense.

    you need to do 1-9 again and then complete zone 10 to get the top zone rewards for zone 10
