Namor special regen near 1%?

in Bugs and Known Issues
6 star namor unduped, rank 2 level 1. 22,471 Health- Regenerating 292 on special. I have the mastery which boosts regeneration by 15%. Its nearer to 1% regeneration than 3%. Has anyone else encountered this? Couldnt see another page for it sorry if theres an open discussion for this.

    Ah ok! Mis-read that. Can see why they reduced now! That's insane!

    Ther always ben missing hp but neft it from 6 procent to 3 of missing hp
