Can we get Banned if we played in emulators like bluestack

Kabam Mike can we get a permanent ban if we used emulators like nox or blue stacks to play mcoc without cheating and using mods???

Can, and will. The use of emulators is itself directly prohibited. More generally, the use of *any* platform other than those *explicitly* authorized to download and purchase content from the two supported App stores (Apple app store and Google Play store) is prohibited.

The bottom line is that you have to be using either an iOS device or an Android device natively and directly supported by those respective app store. If you do anything else, and they detect you, they will ban you.
