Is it possible to get rank down tickets from kabam ?

hello guys ,
I had a 5 star rank up gem (1-2) and my younger brother accidentally used it on green goblin thinking that it was free and I was saving it so that I could use on hulk buster whenever his buff goes live

I mailed kabab about this , I seriously didn't want him to rank up my green goblin but he did when I was in the washroom and I left my phone on the table

I scolded my younger brother but he said that he thought it was free , he doesn't play this game and doesn't know much about this game

my parents would have kicked my ass if I would have scolded my brother more

I'm really sad what he did as no one would rank up green goblin

do u guys think that kabam would give a rank down gem as I'm very sad and I just thought of getting reviews of u guys .

Rank up from 1 to 2 isn’t really much of anything that you can’t readily just get those other materials elsewhere pretty quick.

But so long as you didn’t actually Level him up any after that, and didn’t use him in quests, they might be able to reverse the rank up if you submit a ticket.

Be grateful it wasn’t something like a 4-5 gem, gg isn’t that bad but very underwhelming

kabam said hey won't be able to reverse my rank up because I levered up my green goblin

otherwise they would have done it if it was level 1

I upgraded gg thinking that this won't happen

Hey Devsagar2608, we've already stated in the Forum FAQs that we don't have any plans to bring back Rank Down Tickets.

I'm sorry to hear our Support Team haven't been able to return the Rank-up Gem used in this instance. However, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to assist with issues like this.
