Which one of this champions i rank up first(all of them unduped)

All are worth rank 4. Where you are in your progression will matter most.

I used my r4 Medusa on a couple of lanes in my 6.4 completion, she's a beast for any robot.

If voodoo isn't duped, don't bother.

Doc OC is incredible, benefits from his sig ability. Heavy spam enemies in the corner and you can wreck them. I used a 4 star doc oc for a long time working through act 4 and 5.
