Nearly 48 hours and my ticket hasn’t been assisted by any kabam member

Been nearly 48 hours and Kabam members still haven’t reached out to help me with the ticket I put in. Yet I wrote a second ticket telling them I didn’t receive any help after more than 24 hours and gave my ticket number and they responded to that ticket fast and said basically I already have a ticket open and someone will help me. Yet here I am nearly 48 hour with absolutely no assistance. And they say someone will help within 24 hours. Hate to write about it here but kabam won’t help me with a very stressful issue.

After 23 hours-ish, I send a passive agressive email reminding them of my existence. It usually does the trick

Yes I know it’s the weekend and a holiday. But they responded to my second ticket very fast so why not respond to the first one which is the one that really matters?
