Elsa Bloodstone - Well Timed Blocks / Evade Counter

Does anyone know if Elsa Bloodstone's Evade Counter on her Well Timed Blocks (Parry) counts as an Intercept? Would this work as a counter to the Aegis Intercept Node in AW (Tier 3 and up).

I see your point, but I was thinking it may similar to Ghost and her phase intercept where the specific mechanic of a champ allows you an opening. The way her counter attack appears to work is by exactly catching the opponent mid-dash attack.

If there is a way to confirm this, it would be helpful before trying in AW.
