which 5 star mutant to use 2016 rankup gem on?

I’ve been questing with a 5/65 sig 200 OMega Red, 6 star Sabretooth, 5/65 Corvus, 6 star and a 5/65 sig 200 CA IW.

I’ve thought about ranking up colossus to further power up Omega Red, but is colossus good enough to get into that rotation?

Colossus is a brute, very similar to how you play cap IW and his utility is insane, he can also autofight ROL winter soldier
