Rewards don't restart with new incursion cycle?

Before after the 3 day dungeon ended and the new one started, the rewards restarted with the new dungeon it doesn't appear to be that way now. The new incursion that just begun has any possible rewards I could get at the same point where the previous 5 day incursion ended. Which basically means I/ you can't achieve anymore rewards because you've either already achieved all the milestone rewards or you progressed as far as you where able to and couldn't get any further, so there's no reason to do incursions again if that's how it's gonna stay. I definitely preferred the other way of rewards starting over with new 3 or 5 day now cycle beginning. Can this please be fixed or changed?

    If you’re referring to the top zone rewards they reset every 30 days
