Best if often referred to as a trash champ, but he has a synergy with Elsa that allows him to gain a very potent fury after a bit of ramp up, so I thought I’d test it out after pulling Elsa, couple rol and act 6 fights in the video

That’s what the Elsa synergy gives him, normally he gets an attack boost just on the l3 up to 50 combo hits, caps at 150% attack, Elsa synergy makes it last until the combo is list so you can keep it up all fight

I think all they'd need to do to make Beast relevant would be to eliminate the cooldown on his combos.

If he's successful in his combo, let him do another right away. If we insist on a cooldown, make it a punishment for missing a combo. He desperately needs the damage output from his default stance and his regen from his acrobatic stance is offset by his lower damage potential in this mode.
